Heres Why the Embassy Should Be Your Next Hangout Spot!

Take a trip down memory lane as The Embassy brings you to a gastronomic food journey of epic flavours served in style via good comfort food. If you’re a frequent visitor of the Starling Mall, you’ll find theEmbassy on the second floor, you can’t miss it!

The café boasts a cheery spirit, designed to encapsulate the warmth of nature and the evolution that connects their customers in their daily food journey and adventure.

If you’re new to The Embassy, check out these deliciously exquisite dishes for you to drool over.

This Embassy Nachos (RM 24) are not just pleasing to your eyes, but to whet your appetites too – consisting of a generous amount of crunchy oven-baked nachos, cheese, pulled roast beef, topped with tangy tomato salsa, sliced pickles, diced avocados and tomatoes, sour cream and garnished with some fresh greens!

The New York Ribs (RM59) is hands-down one of our favourites and a popular crowd pleaser. The beef short-ribs are roasted tenderly with care, served with a variety of seasonal roasted vegetable and oh-so-sinful garlic butter mash! Be sure to allow at least a minimum of 20 minutes to unleash its potential flavour.

If you prefer something a lighter choice, the Tsujiki Lane (RM29) is the meal for you to indulge – consisting of a deliciously fresh pan-seared wild salmon fillet nested on a bed of cold soba noodles, topped with edamame and capsicum served with teriyaki sauce enhancing a sweet savoury touch to the soba noodles.

Satisfy your inner Asian craves with this Synfull Mee Rebus (RM19) – consisting of a thicker broth than the usual but staying true to its original ingredients of fresh cut chillies, prawns, eggs and condiments.

Take a spoonful of this Nasi Istimewa (RM27) and it feels like a party inside your mouth. This special rice dish has many different components, such as sambal ikan bilis kacang, acar jelatah, kerabu manga, ayam percik, fried keropok ikan, a fried egg rested on this fragrant home-made nasi minyak!

No matter how full you are, there’s always room for dessert especially these two classics; the Oreo Mousse (RM11) – a rich cold chocolatey mousse with Oreos and a strawberry for a sweet and zesty touch, the Eton Mess (RM14) – consisting of a mix of a soft fluffy meringue, heavy whipped cream and fresh fruits.

Finish off your meal with a refreshing glass of the Healing Spritzer (RM15) or the Watermelon Virgin Mojito (RM15) to cool off in this warm tropical weather of ours.

Coffee lovers can enjoy their daily dose of caffeine be it in the morning, noon, evening or even at night by their very own Head Coffee Specialist so you can be sure that your cup of coffee will be in good hands.

The Embassy opens from 10 am to 10 pm daily at the Starling Mall. We recommend making a reservation as it gets crowded especially during peak hours for lunch and dinner. The Embassy also has special deals every week that’s wallet-friendly.
